Responsibilities include developing and managing timelines and milestones, facilitating executive and stakeholder meetings, establishing engagement rules and communication cadences, identifying risks and driving resolution, ensuring operational, clinical, and billing readiness, educating customers on CoCM workflows and billing requirements, translating requirements into frontline workflows, designing site-specific workflows, maintaining clear documentation, training clinical teams, building cross-functional relationships, and supporting post-go-live stabilization. The role emphasizes stakeholder alignment, documented workflows, successful deployment, and early value realization within a fast-paced, enterprise healthcare environment.
