Job Summary
Oversee customer master data setup and maintenance for Animal Health units (Production and Companion Animal) using the ERP system; supervise and train staff; ensure data integrity and successful audits; support SOX compliance; manage territory maintenance, vendor item exclusions in SAP and Master Data Management tool, and assist with bill reconciliation from credit reference vendors; generate monthly customer reports; participate in projects as testing representative; provide leadership and development for direct and indirect reports; minimal travel involved.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in Business Administration or Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years related experience in a professional environment demonstrating leadership skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong reading and interpretation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in SAP
- Master Data Management tool experience
- Travel: This position requires minimal travel (10%) in a national area
