Lead lifecycle marketing initiatives across onboarding, activation, retention, loyalty, churn prevention, and winback; build and optimise cross-channel customer journeys (email, push, in-app messaging, remarketing) and run hypothesis-driven campaigns to improve activation, retention, and lifetime value; collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering, Social, and Creative teams to leverage customer data, segmentation, and AI-driven marketing automation for growth across New Zealand, Australia, and the UK; bring a data-driven mindset and strong ability to turn insights into action while delivering measurable business outcomes.
