Job Summary
Develop and execute customer marketing strategies across channels to increase retention, expansion, and customer lifetime value. Segment and target buying committee personas based on lifecycle stage, product usage, industry, and criteria; plan and implement ABM programs across email, webinars, social, events, and advocacy platforms. Analyze customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; gather market insights to share with leadership and cross-functional teams. Manage customer-focused events such as conferences, webinars, user groups, and community initiatives. Track and report KPIs including retention, churn, NPS, and expansion revenue. Requires extensive experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Customer Success; strong planning for events and demand-gen activities; travel up to 20%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
- 10-15 years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or related roles
- Proven track record of driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth
- Experience designing and executing targeted, account-specific retention and renewal campaigns
- Strong events and conferences management experience
- Customer-facing experience across diverse markets
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing teams
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills
- Travel up to 20%
