Job Summary
Customer Marketing Manager focused on SMB to build the customer proof engine for ChatGPT Business growth. You will source and package customer stories, quotes, stats, demos, builder spotlights, use-case library entries, and proof points for launches, reusable segment assets, web buyer journeys, lifecycle programs, webinars, the SMB advocacy community program, paid/social, and demand generation. You will stand up and run an SMB advocate community storytelling program, coordinate with Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Communications, Legal, Events, and SMB GTM to ship high-quality customer-facing work, and track performance by audience, channel, asset format, and adoption impact. You should be a strong writer with crisp writing, project-management discipline, and comfort operating at SMB scale with product fluency to connect proof to practical business workflows. Compensation range: $227K - $252K USD. Based in San Francisco, CA, with remote work options.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, content marketing, product marketing, customer advocacy programs, or SMB/B2B marketing
- strong writing and editing skills
- experience marketing to SMB audiences and translate customer outcomes into practical, credible proof
- ability to manage high volume without sacrificing quality or follow-through
- strong campaign execution and cross-functional project management skills
- data-driven approach to prioritization and measurement
