Job Summary
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and external teams to resolve customer issues and ensure end-to-end handling of requests regarding production, scheduling, and invoicing. Provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance to internal and external customers while showcasing expertise to improve satisfaction. Keep clients proactively informed on issue status and clarify doubts. Prepare and analyze regular statistics using available tools, tracking sales performance against targets and sharing insights with management. Maintain complete case ownership by coordinating with relevant stakeholders daily.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in customer service
- Strong working knowledge and proficiency with SAP
- MS Excel (intermediate to advanced proficiency level)
- MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
