Job Summary
Manage account portfolios by preparing and implementing sales plans while leading customer relationship coordination to identify new clients. Input documentation into CRM and SmartPrice systems, manage sales contracts per regional guidelines, and develop marketing plans to deliver volume and value goals. Collect market intelligence to shape strategies, conduct negotiations, implement price changes, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure CX results. This role requires a bachelor's degree, five years of experience, and U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship is available. Relocation assistance is not provided, though travel based on business needs may occur.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree or relevant military degree equivalence at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience
- The ability to work legally in the United States
- No visa sponsorship/support is available, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process
- Strong business acumen and ability to clearly communicate financial tradeoffs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with a strong bias for action and negotiating skills
- The ability to build and maintain strong, productive relationships with customers, colleagues, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Leadership skills to work cross-functionally and ability to successfully drive initiatives/issues through influence
- Ability to gather, interpret, and evaluate customer, market, and business data to identify trends, solve problems, and make informed decisions
- This position may require travel based on business needs
