Job Summary
Reports to the Regional Sales Manager and works within the hospitals and public-health sectors to proposethe Roche solutions for anatomical pathology. You will establish effective relationships with existing and potential customers, coordinating cross-functional contributions across the company for specific business opportunities; pursue new commercial opportunities with existing and potential clients in line with the commercial strategy; contribute to delivering an improved Customer Experience for existing customers. The role covers Emilia-Romagna and Marche regions. Key activities include relationship building, opportunity management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business in healthcare and public tenders. Core qualifications include a scientific degree, healthcare sales experience, strong relational and negotiation skills, teamwork orientation, and fluency in English and Italian. Salary range is EUR 43,377–80,570 with 14 months pay; location-based in Emilia-Romagna or Marche, Italy.
Required Qualifications
- Laurea in materie scientifiche (Biologia, CTF, Biotecnologie, etc.)
- esperienza commerciale nell’ambito healthcare e nella gestione di gare d'appalto pubbliche
- conoscenza lingua inglese e italiana
- competenza relazionali e negoziazione
- forte attitudine al lavoro in team
- residenza in Emilia Romagna o Marche
