Job Summary
Customer Manager at Asda responsible for delivering best-in-town customer experiences across service, back office, security and cleaning teams. Lead and coach store colleagues, drive strategy into action on the shop floor, monitor key metrics and KRAs, address pricing discrepancies quickly, and foster a culture of selling with personality. Responsibilities include socializing customer feedback through listening groups, liaising with external partners, and developing resilient teams while maintaining high availability standards. Required Qualifications
- Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a retail environment
