Job Summary
Customer Loyalty Advocate responsible for delivering concierge-style customer service to Trex’s high-end clientele in an on-site office/call center setting. Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, chats, and emails; placing outbound follow-ups; assisting with claims filing and resolution; answering product/service questions; updating CRM with customer information; staying current on product knowledge and policies; and helping convert prospective clients into repeat customers. Must demonstrate professionalism, build connections with customers, and collaborate with management to maintain service excellence. Located in Winchester, VA, this full-time onsite role offers base pay $19–$21/hour plus potential annual bonuses and a generous benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to handle phone handling and active listening
- Experience with CRM systems (preferred)
- Ability to work in an office or call center setting
