Customer Logistics Supervisor

Supervise, coordinate, and oversee day-to-day logistics operations while collaborating with the Logistics Manager to review and improve processes. Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring staff activities align with optimal shift logistics and customer service specifications. Account for site Key Performance Indication (KPIs) by monitoring team progress, coaching staff, and conducting performance evaluations. Implement health and safety initiatives, maintain positive labor relations, and provide orientation for employees and Lead Hands. Address performance problems through corrective action while fostering a diverse, inclusive team environment.
