Job Summary
Remote Customer Logistics Specialist responsible for being the primary contact for customer inquiries, entering and tracking orders in SAP and vendor sites, resolving order issues (pricing, underweight items, incorrect items), coordinating with warehouse production and other departments to ensure timely shipping, communicating delays to customers, and providing regular customer-specific reporting. Requires strong communication and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and familiarity with SAP/EDI and export/customer/vendor relations. Eastern Timezone preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years experience in a related field; CPG experience preferred.
