Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations within assigned function and oversee Operations and Account Management. Focus on leadership of direct reports, attainment of daily operational goals, staffing/performance management, and scheduling. Ensure health and safety compliance and adherence to local, state, and federal regulations. Demonstrate high-level analytical ability to solve unusual/difficult problems, maintain professional relationships across all levels, and communicate effectively. Require strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and in-depth knowledge of supply chain concepts, manufacturing, and production. Off-shift support for critical customer network disruption or crisis and ability to work independently as part of a fast-paced team.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
- Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
- One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required. advanced required
- Logistics industry knowledge advanced required
- Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations. advanced required
- Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components. intermediate required
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required
