Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations and account management within an assigned function, leading direct reports and driving daily operational goals. Manage staffing performance and development for exempt and non-exempt employees while handling day-to-day planning, scheduling, and health and safety management. Ensure compliance with State, Local, and Federal regulations and make timely decisions to address unusual problems. Provide off-shift support during critical customer network disruptions or crises. Available for a flexible schedule across various shifts to support 24/7 customer operations.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
- Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field
- One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
- Logistics industry knowledge
- Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations
- Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production
- Must be available and willing to work on a flexible schedule on various work shifts
