Job Summary
Process loan applications, verify documents, and enter payments into loan management software while maintaining regulatory compliance. Execute collection calls on overdue accounts, contact customers regarding payment arrangements, and facilitate loan extensions or modifications. Sell ancillary products including taxes and car club to former and prospective customers. Oversee office operations and maintain continuity when the manager is absent. Requires 1 year of customer service experience and 6 months in collections. Hourly rate between $17.25 and $19.25.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year Customer Service experience in any field
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship
- Work Authorization Required: Candidates must already possess valid U.S. work authorization permitting employment with any employer
- No Visa Sponsorship Provided: Sun Loan is unable to sponsor employment visas (e.g., H-1B, O-1) or assume responsibility for transferring existing sponsorships
