Customer Lifecycle Manager, Solar Inverter

Job Summary
Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for Solar Inverters across markets, defining global CX standards, driving product requirements across hardware/software, and optimising lifecycle performance to maximise retention, payment behaviour, and long-term value. Responsibilities include mapping the customer journey (Lead → Interested → Qualified → Sales → Installation → Active → Payment → Ownership), eliminating friction points, standardising processes across regions, tracking funnel metrics (conversion, activation, OTPR), improving sales-to-installation timelines, activation speed, and onboarding, and designing interventions based on telemetry to improve payment behaviour and reduce churn. Strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and experience in energy, fintech, or subscription/financing models. Prior experience in product management, CX, or operations with a good understanding of solar inverter systems is advantageous.
