Job Summary
Build rapport with clients to learn their vacation interests, priorities, and spending ranges. Help travelers explore destinations, research accommodations, cruises, and activities, then explain choices so they can confidently evaluate options. Coordinate selected travel components through authorized supplier and reservation platforms, organizing trip information and providing clear confirmations, schedules, and itinerary details. Maintain communication throughout the planning process, respond to routine questions, and assist with changes, cancellations, or special requests. Follow up on incomplete arrangements and review traveler information for accuracy before departure. Document client conversations, preferences, and travel arrangements within company systems.
