Customer Integration Manager (Customer Experience Program Management)

Job Summary
Oversee human spaceflight customer projects and programs, managing contract deliverables, milestones, and P&L to ensure mission success. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, setting expectations, resolving issues, and negotiating modifications while maintaining strong relationships. Facilitate communication across internal and external stakeholders, including Mission Operations, Legal, and Finance, to advocate for customer objectives and balance satisfaction with business priorities. Conduct regular status reviews, compile invoicing documentation, and define processes to optimize program execution. Work evenings and weekends as needed to meet critical project milestones.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 7+ years of experience in program/project management or equivalent professional function
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet critical project milestones
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Must be able to perform each essential function
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with the contracting lifecycle (proposals, negotiation, execution, contract closeout) is a plus
- Experience with international governments is a plus
- Track record of making things happen in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Uses good judgement to problem-solve proactively, positively impacting hard challenges
