Job Summary
Customer Insights Specialist to transform customer feedback into actionable insights and support existing products and new launches. Responsibilities include analyzing support case trends, coordinating escalations and feature requests, ensuring CX readiness for product launches, representing the voice of the customer during launches, and driving post-launch Hypercare with cross-functional alignment. Requires data analysis, data storytelling, ability to convert data into actionable recommendations, project management, collaborative and customer-centric mindset, excellent presentation and communication skills, fluent English, and CRM/Power BI/Databricks proficiency. Hybrid work arrangement in Kyiv, Ukraine, with focus on cross-regional collaboration and customer-centric outcomes.
