Job Summary
Lead and shape enterprise-wide Voice of Customer programs by turning customer feedback into strategic actions. Responsibilities include designing and implementing VoC programs (surveys, digital intercepts, closed-loop feedback), partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to apply customer insights, conducting external benchmarking, analyzing customer feedback and behavioral data to drive improvements, and managing vendor relationships. The role requires strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to influence change, pilot innovative initiatives, and translate insights into measurable business outcomes. Preferred qualifications include experience with survey platforms (Qualtrics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with a focus on turning insights into actionable recommendations and a customer-centric approach.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Voice of Customer, Customer Experience, Insights, Research, or related fields
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Voice of Customer, Customer Experience, Insights, Research, or related fields
- Experience with survey and feedback platforms (Qualtrics preferred)
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel
- Experience translating customer insights into business recommendations and measurable improvements
