Job Summary
Lead customer analytics and insights for the yuu program and partners to drive sales and customer engagement. Develop and deploy BI dashboards and self-serve analytics tools for timely review of customer, business, and promotion performance. Use advanced analytics to uncover behavior patterns, next-best-action, and purchase propensity; evaluate offer/campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve ROI. Spearhead analytics use cases and data collaboration to maximize data value; support CRM activities through customer targeting and analysis; identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes; track KPIs and deliver regular CRM and customer performance reports. Strong communication of analytics to both technical and non-technical audiences and a natural curiosity to interrogate data to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields
- 3-5 years’ experience working on data analytics, data science, business intelligence
- Solid experience in SQL
- Experience in data visualizations like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense
- Confident communicator of analytics to technical and non-technical audience
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform is a plus
