Job Summary
Customer Insights Analyst responsible for analytics and behavioral model development, delivering accessible dashboards and reports from multiple data sources to guide strategic decision-making. Focus on crafting data-driven insights, collaborating with business stakeholders and the data platform team, and championing analytics best practices across the organization. Requires advanced SQL skills, experience with Python/R for predictive modeling, and proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI); prior experience in e-commerce or fashion analytics and big-data environments is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced working knowledge of SQL including data blending and manipulation, query optimization, stored procedures, execution plans, and ETL integration
- Experience in customer behavioral predictive modeling (Python, R)
- Experience with Tableau and Power BI is a plus
- Experience in big-data environments with large, complex, and varied data sources
- 3+ years of experience in a (customer) analytics or data science role in a digital/e-commerce environment
- Ability to develop hypotheses and translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with business stakeholders and data platform teams
- Strong communication and storytelling skills for business impact
- Experience creating accessible, relevant dashboards and reports from multiple data sources
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality concepts
- Experience influencing decision-making and championing analytics best practices
- Knowledge of luxury/e-commerce industry would be a plus
