Job Summary

Customer Insights Analyst to analyze data from databases, spreadsheets, CRM, and other sources to create analytics that inform team performance, product quality, and customer experience. Develop dashboards and reports (weekly/monthly) using SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and other tools; apply statistical methods; present findings to Customer Care and Executive teams; support root cause evaluation and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction through data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications

  • BS degree in business, statistics, or related analytics field
  • Green Belt certification a plus
  • Minimum of 1 year in customer service, quality, or related field
  • exceptional skills using Excel or similar analytic software
