Customer Inside Sales Representative

Inside sales representative for residential and light commercial HVAC at Aire Serv of Michigan. Responsibilities include contacting current customers to extend service plans, calling prospects to set appointments for Home Comfort Analysis, tracking sales and performance, preparing paperwork (agreements, finance documents, project notes), attending weekly sales meetings and coaching, and maintaining strong organizational and communication skills. Candidate should be able to work independently with little supervision, meet deadlines, and possess strong math skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office and dedication to customer service.
