Plan and execute customer implementation projects from initial planning through Go-Live, acting as the central point of contact for clients to ensure timely, technically accurate, and mutually clear project completion. Collaborate directly with customers deploying flair's cloud-based HR platform on Salesforce across Europe to deliver technical solutions while maintaining professional communication. Manage project timelines and expectations independently, ensuring all implementations meet quality standards and client requirements.
