Job Summary
Renesas Electronics is seeking a Customer Program/Product Manager to own the end-to-end execution of strategic customer programs, align internal development timelines with customer expectations, and drive accountability, visibility, and on-time delivery across engineering, product management, operations, quality, and sales. You will coordinate with supply chain, manufacturing, and capacity planning to manage volume ramp, oversee engineering samples and NPI planning gates, and provide transparent status updates with data-driven recommendations. You will act as a single point of program coordination across multiple functions, establish execution dashboards and KPIs, escalate critical issues, and ensure governance and successful delivery in a fast-paced, supply-constrained environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in program management, product management, or operations within semiconductors, power electronics, or infrastructure markets
- Strong understanding of NPI processes, supply chain operations, and volume ramp execution
- Experience managing complex, high-visibility customer programs
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Excellent communication, organization, and executive presentation skills
