Job Summary
Lead the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service aligned with A.C.E pillars while coaching staff on product knowledge and multichannel shopping. Maintain high visual standards through floor moves, replenishment, and window displays, and make commercial decisions on stock, promotions, and sales targets. Manage daily operations by processing deliveries, overseeing stock audits, handling transactions, and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures. Coordinate promotions, incentives, and key trading weeks, including seasonal setups and sales launches, while motivating the team to meet KPIs. Support the Shop Manager in training, delegation, and wellbeing initiatives, and champion brand values and ethical sourcing practices throughout the store.
