Job Summary
Conduct high street customer experience by meeting A.C.E pillars, promoting multichannel shopping via mPOS, and fulfilling ship-from-store and Click + Collect processes. Maintain visual standards through floor moves, replenishment, and window displays while supporting stock management and events. Process deliveries, engage customers with brand promotions and ethical sourcing, and comply with Health & Safety procedures. This 4-hour contract requires weekend availability and reports to the Shop Manager within the Retail team.

- Ability to support stock management processes such as stocktakes
- Ability to use company resources (website, Looking White Stuff, Tea Room, email, window guidelines, brand posts)
- Ability to engage with customers via company resources
- Ability to ensure compliance with daily/weekly actions
- Ability to be a team player
- Ability to play an active role in team briefs
- Understanding and compliance with Health & Safety and emergency procedures
- Professional approach to internal customers, head office departments, centre management, and visitors
- Ability to efficiently and accurately fulfill ship from store and Click + Collect processes
- Awareness of charity partner and positive impact
- Ability to support charity events or promotions
- Understanding of ethical sourcing and environmental impact
- Ability to explain ethical sourcing and environmental impact to customers and the team
