Job Summary
Deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fashion retail environment in Manchester. Responsibilities include meeting ACE pillars, improving shop KPIs, promoting multichannel shopping via mPOS and creating endless aisle orders, engaging customers by signing them up to email newsletters and processing e-receipts in line with data protection, informing customers about promotions to drive sales, assisting in events, maintaining high visual standards, supporting floor moves and replenishment, understanding product features to aid buying decisions, processing deliveries and stock takes, using internal systems for in-store engagement, and contributing to health & safety compliance while supporting ship-from-store and Click & Collect processes.
