Job Summary
The Customer Fulfillment Representative is a warehouse role focused on fulfilling and processing orders, accepting shipments, and maintaining warehouse organization. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, restocking, pulling and packing orders, entering purchase order data, inspecting deliveries, labeling and sorting stock, ensuring cleanliness, assisting customers with product requirements, loading/unloading shipments, forklift operation, and occasional driving of company vehicles. Benefits are included with this full-time position.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient with inventory control systems
- Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Warehouse and forklift experience preferred
