Customer-Focused Team Member

Disc Replay is seeking a Customer-Focused Team Member to greet customers, assist with buying and selling, price items, and provide recommendations in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll test products, help customers with inquiries, and contribute to a fun, community-like atmosphere while supporting the team in daily operations and price evaluations. The role emphasizes delivering top-notch customer service, multitasking in a busy setting, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed. Previous retail experience is welcome but training is offered; a positive, customer-oriented attitude is essential.
