Job Summary
Customer Fleet Coordinator II at Finning Canada: plan and coordinate preventive maintenance for customer equipment; monitor service intervals; create and manage service work orders and maintenance requests; review parts requirements and coordinate parts ordering; track fulfillment; communicate upcoming service needs to internal teams; ensure documentation and work orders are complete and accurate; support invoicing and close work orders; maintain data integrity across systems. Requires strong organizational and administrative skills, ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, effective cross-functional communication, and experience with data entry and ERP or maintenance-management systems; post-secondary education in business, supply chain, or related field is an asset; 2–4 years of coordination/administration or service-related experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and related systems; location: Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
