Job Summary

Manage customer interactions by responding to service inquiries and telephone calls, inform customers of services and estimated time of completion within signed maintenance contracts; update monitoring spreadsheets, VisionLink and other contract administration tasks; support other team members with training and overflow work. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, organizational and prioritization abilities, safety culture commitment, decisive judgment under risk/ambiguity, adaptability to change, solid customer relationship management and negotiation capabilities. Knowledge of quoting repair options, repair structure, SWIP management, financial impacts, and CAT warranty processes; proficient in MS Office (Access, Excel, Word), INFOR, SIS, and related systems; experience with Power Systems (CAT and Non CAT) is an asset. Education/experience: 3-5 years in customer service with Caterpillar dealership exposure; ability to navigate contract management and service billing processes.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years experience in customer service
  • Caterpillar dealership experience and/or experience in equipment, service, parts and/or warranty
  • Infor M3 extensive working knowledge
  • Understanding of financial impacts of contract management
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Access, Excel, Word)
  • Proficient in INFOR and internal systems (asset)
  • Experience with Power Systems (CAT and Non CAT) is considered an asset
