Customer Finance Product Specialist

Job Summary
Manage and optimize customer financing options including installment plans, loans, BNPL, and leasing for e-scooter purchases. Act as the subject-matter expert for financing products across sales, customer support, and retail partners while explaining terms, eligibility, and application processes. Work closely with financing partners and banks to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution. Monitor performance metrics such as approval rates and conversion, then propose improvements. Collaborate with Product and UX teams to refine checkout and financing journeys, and train sales teams and dealers on best practices. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and consumer protection rules.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in financing products, fintech, consumer lending, or retail finance
- Strong understanding of consumer financing concepts (interest rates, credit checks, repayment terms)
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations
- Detail-oriented, data-driven, and able to manage multiple stakeholders
