Job Summary
Customer Field Technician in Gold Coast responsible for installation, repair and maintenance of nbn products and services at customer premises. Duties include copper and fibre cabling installation (jointing, jumpering, splicing), Customer Premises Equipment installation, fault diagnosis and repair of nbn cabling networks and CPE. Role involves working in customer environments, both internal and external, predominantly on-site at customers' premises with hours from 7am to 7pm and a flexible schedule. Requires strong customer service, honesty, integrity, and self-management, plus a current, clean driver’s license. The role offers an autonomous, customer-facing field position servicing a broad range of nbn technologies across potentially diverse environments.
Required Qualifications
- Current and clean Driver’s License
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in customer premises and in field environments
- Experience or transferable skills in communication cabling or electrical work is welcome
- Full working rights in Australia
