Customer & Field Facilitation Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate and execute customer and field facilitation events at Lowe’s headquarters in Mooresville, NC. Develop strategy and execution plans for all customer-facing and field-facing events, including budgeting, purchasing, venue coordination (on-site, offsite, and virtual), scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting. Manage relationships with catering, A/V support, room management, and facilities, negotiate costs, monitor budgets, process invoices, and oversee inventory and materials for events. Produce and support effective communications between the company, external vendors, customers, and internal business partners; collect and manage event data and metrics.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma and 3 years relevant work experience
- Basic computer software knowledge and experience, including MS Office Suite applications and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to effectively communicate and respond situationally/appropriately
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Time management, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrated customer focus and client satisfaction orientation
