Job Summary
Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email to deliver high-quality support and resolve issues efficiently. Operate within a multicultural, fast-paced environment supporting HUK's international customer experience team. You will work full-time rotating shifts Monday through Friday between 10:00 and 18:00 EEST, with two days off per week, starting June 1st. This role includes fully paid training, free Greek language lessons, and a performance bonus up to 10% of monthly gross salary, with relocation support available for candidates moving to Greece.
Required Qualifications

- Experience delivering high-quality customer support
- Ability to resolve issues efficiently

- Availability for rotating shifts, Monday to Friday (10:00 – 18:00 EEST)
