Job Summary
Swedish-speaking Customer Service Agent (on-site in Chania, Crete) responsible for handling orders, payments, deliveries, and complaints via phone, email, and chat; maintain a professional and timely customer experience and turn every customer into a happy customer. Collaborate with colleagues to exchange ideas and solutions, and enjoy time in Crete. Relocation assistance is provided (flight tickets and accommodation). The role is based in Greece with an on-site work model and requires fluency in Swedish and strong English skills.
