Job Summary
Conduct customer service operations via phone, email, and chat as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding product orders, payments, deliveries, and complaints. Ensure all interactions remain professional, timely, and seamless to turn every customer into a happy one while exchanging solutions with colleagues. This role requires fluent Swedish and strong English skills, with an excellent eye for detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
