Be the primary point of contact for customer requests for Europe’s fashion tech company in Crete (on-site in Chania) using phone, email, and chat to provide seamless customer service. Handle inquiries about product orders, payments, and deliveries, as well as complaints, and turn every customer into a happy customer. Exchange ideas with colleagues and support relocation to Greece, including assistance with flight tickets and accommodation. Must speak Danish fluently and have strong English skills; customer support experience is welcome but not required.
