Conduct customer service via phone, email, and chat as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding product orders, payments, deliveries, and complaints. Ensure all interactions remain professional, timely, and seamless to turn every customer into a happy one. Collaborate with colleagues to exchange ideas and solutions while maintaining a calm demeanor even when issues arise. This role supports Europe's most fashionable tech company in its digital-first environment, offering full relocation assistance including flight tickets and accommodation for Danish speakers fluent in English.
Required Qualifications
