Job Summary
Be the primary point of contact for customer requests for Europe’s fashionable tech company, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat to ensure smooth orders, payments, deliveries, and complaints with professionalism. Communicate in Danish and English, exchange ideas with colleagues, and contribute to a positive customer experience. The role is on-site in Chania, Crete, with relocation support provided to Greece. You'll work to turn every customer interaction into a satisfying experience and participate in training and development opportunities.
Required Qualifications

- Willingness to relocate to Greece
