Job Summary
Be the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking customers for Europe’s fashion/tech company, handling requests via phone calls, emails and chats. Provide seamless support for product orders, payments and deliveries, and resolve complaints professionally and timely. Collaborate with colleagues to exchange ideas and solutions, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience. The role involves relocation to Greece (Crete), with support including flight tickets and accommodation, on-site in Chania. On-site in Silkeborg, Denmark is also listed as a potential location for the posting. Required Qualifications
- Danish language fluency
