Be the primary point of contact for customer requests via phone, email, and chat, representing Europe's most fashionable tech company. Handle inquiries regarding product orders, payments, deliveries, and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure smooth, reliable, and satisfying experiences for end-users. Exchange ideas and solutions with colleagues while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor even when situations do not go as planned. This role offers relocation support to sunny Crete, including flight tickets and accommodation, alongside a competitive salary package and full paid training.
Required Qualifications

- You speak Danish fluently
