Handle inquiries regarding product orders, payments, deliveries, and complaints while ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience for end-users. Exchange ideas and solutions with colleagues to maintain professional standards. This role supports the customer experts' team within a 'Great Place to Work' Certified Company in Chania, Crete, requiring fluent Danish and strong English skills.
