Handle inquiries regarding product orders, payments, and deliveries, as well as complaints, always maintaining a professional and timely manner. Exchange ideas and solutions with colleagues to turn every customer into a happy one. This role requires fluent Danish and strong English skills, along with an excellent eye for detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
