Customer Expert for well known e-commerce - Danish speaking - Chania, Crete

Conduct customer service operations via phone, email, and chat as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding product orders, payments, deliveries, and complaints. Resolve issues professionally and timely to ensure a seamless experience for end-users while collaborating with colleagues on solutions. This role requires fluent Danish and strong English skills, with a focus on problem-solving and maintaining composure during unexpected challenges.
