Job Summary
Oversee a team of associates at the front of the store to deliver excellent customer experience; lead by example, train and mentor associates on front-end principles, promote loyalty programs, manage POS coverage, address customer concerns, maintain a clean, organized store, ensure adherence to labor laws and store policies, communicate priorities to management and staff, support shrink reduction and safety initiatives, and participate in training and development for associates.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year retail experience
- 6 months of leadership experience
