Job Summary
Customer Experience Supervisor responsible for delivering high-quality customer service and efficient operations across Tennis World Melbourne venues (Albert Reserve and Melbourne Park), including front-of-house administration for Memberships, Programs, Coaching, Pro Shop, Restringing, Merchandise, and Café. Will lead a hands-on team, monitor performance, provide training and feedback, manage facility standards, and coordinate events such as Tennis World Birthday Parties. Requires strong event management and administrative skills, ability to set priorities and meet deadlines, and flexibility for evening and weekend hours; on-site role with Police Check and Working with Children Check required. Opportunity to develop staff, build relationships with internal/external stakeholders, and support overall Tennis World customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Event management experience
- Excellent operational and administrative skills with a customer service focus
- Barista or cafe experience (desired)
- Ability to set priorities, plan work programs and meet deadlines
- A current and valid Police Check and Working with Children Check (or be willing to obtain)
- Preparedness to be flexible regarding working hours and arrangements relating to Tennis Australia
