Job Summary
Customer Experience Specialist needed to greet guests and answer calls in the showroom and service areas; responsibilities include monitoring guest-facing areas, coordinating customer feedback and CSI surveys, assisting with event setup and customer follow-up, and handling overflow inbound calls with warm transfers. Requires prior customer service experience, a positive attitude, strong written and spoken communication, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, a clean background, and a valid driver’s license.
